Managed Service Information
We can provide full management of your Zimbra Application VPS. Included is hardware firewall management, Operating System patches and updates, ZImbra patches and updates, server monitoring and managed backup services.
Backup Policy
Unless you have signed up to an exclusive backup contract with Hightek hosting, the backup of your Zimbra Application VPS remains your responsibility. Your control panel will provide you with the ability to initiate backups. You should also download a copy to an off-site location periodically.
